McConnell Statement on Joint Select Committee on Budget and Appropriations Process Reform

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) issued the following statement regarding the Joint Select Committee on Budget and Appropriations Process Reform:

“I want to thank Senators Blunt, Ernst, Lankford, and Perdue for their work and everyone’s contributions to the Joint Select Committee on Budget and Appropriations Process Reform.

“It is my hope that members from both chambers and parties can build on the foundation this important select committee laid and we can continue to work towards meaningful reforms to improve the budget and appropriations process.”
